You are seeing this message as one or more IDs on your account have not been validated through our new system.
You must re-verify your current photo ID by October 4th or your ability to stream will be interrupted. Find the Photo ID notification below and follow the guided steps for re-verification. We require the front and back of your photo ID and a live selfie picture. Some may need to also submit a headshot of you holding your ID next to your face.
If the account's Registered Account Owner hasn't submitted their ID by the deadline, the account's ability to stream will be removed until they do. If there are additional performers, those who want to continue to appear must complete this step. If a performer will no longer appear, we be offering a resolution soon. After the deadline, any performer who has not completed this step can NOT appear on stream, and doing so will result in account suspension or closure. Approved performers are clearly listed on your dashboard.
